Q: I haven't received a call yet, when can I expect to hear something?
A: By the first week in March, all teams should be put together, including drafting divisions. Softball may be done earlier, so if you have a softball player and a baseball player, wait until the first week in March before you call about your son not getting a call yet. Senior teams (13 and older) do not get put together until May.
Q: When do practices start?
A: This is up to the manager and his schedule. After all teams are put together, you will get a call. Only the manager can determine when, where and how many practices there will be.
Q: My check has not been cashed yet. Am I registered?
A: All registrations are input when they come in either through the mail or during walk-in registration. You are registered. We make several large deposits rather than many small ones. If you're still unsure and want to check to see that you are registered, please click here to send e-mail to the secretary.
Q: I didn't get the manger I requested. I didn't get on the same team as my friend... How come?
A: We try to honor all requests to be placed with a certain manager or player. Depending on when you registered and how many players are already on a team will determine if you get the manager requested or get on the team with a friend. While we try to honor these requests sometimes it is not possible. If you did not get who you requested and your child cannot play because of carpool reason or the like, please speak to your manager.
Q: When do we get our uniforms?
A: The uniforms are handed out the week before opening day.
Q: What if the uniform is the wrong size?
A: Give it back to your manager who can exchange it for the right size.
Q: I want to help out. Who should I contact?
A: First off, thank you so much for your generosity. Contact any Board Member (see "League Directory" link on left) to help out with concession stand, field maintenance, picnic committee, picture committee or anything else we may need help with.
Q: When do we get the schedules?
A: The schedule will be in the journals which should be handed out on or before opening day.
