North Babylon High School Baseball
The
Bulldogs' program is one of promise
and growth! Last season
the Bulldogs finished with 13 or
more wins for a fourth consecutive
season and made a fourth straight
appearance in the county playoffs
(the first time that both of these
feats have been accomplished in
school history).
Under the guidance of the Head
Coach, Mr. Mango, entering his
seventh season, the Bulldogs have
established a winning tradition.
Coach Mango is joined on the
varsity team by his assistant, Mr.
Corrado, entering his sixth season &
the head coach of the 16U National
Travel team, PAL Blue Knights.
In 2008, the Bulldogs will
look to continue their winning
tradition and strive for the
school's first county championship
since 1964!!!

CAMP SCHEDULE
8:30 am - 9:00 am
Attendance - Stretch, Throw,
Run
9:00 am - 11:00 am
The Players will rotate
to each of the four coaches
and work on the specific
skills or fundamentals of
the day.
For example, Hitting,
Infield, Outfield or
Baserunning.
11:00 am-11:30 am
Lunchtime
11:30 am-11:50 am
Afternoon stretch, throw and
warm-up.
11:50 am-12:30 pm
Player's position specific
instruction
12:30 pm - 2:15 pm
PLAY BALL!!!! Game Time
2:15 pm - 2:30 pm

This camp has been created
exclusively for the players of
the North Babylon Youth League
in conjunction with the coaches
of the North Babylon High School
Baseball Program.
The Bulldog Camp
staff will utilize all of the
teaching devices and methods of
instruction used by the High
School Baseball program. The
camp is held at North Babylon
High School. There will be a
certified athletic trainer on
staff for the entire duration of
the camp.
All players should bring a
baseball mitt. If you have a
bat and helmet you should also
bring those to camp (catchers
should bring their own
equipment). Balls and training
equipment will be supplied.
Players should bring their own
lunches.
The Bulldog Baseball Camp is
intended for players moving up
to the ninety foot diamond or
for players just looking to
improve their baseball skills.
The camp will provide training
of baseball fundamentals. Our
station training is designed to
improve hitting, throwing,
fielding, rundowns, cutoffs,
relays, and all phases of
fundamental instruction through
drills, lectures and fun games.

Our camp will only carry 40
players per week. Please
specify on the registration
sheet which week you would
prefer to have your son
enrolled in camp. The camp
will be operated on a
first-come, first-serve
basis due to limited space
availability.
